Shipping and Delivery

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).

Tolmee.com also ships to Canada (see below).

Tolmee doesn't ship to P.O. boxes, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia), international reshippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Many of our artists and designers are custom building to order. This means that some items could take days or weeks to produce. You may expedite delivery by choosing a fast shipping option. If you have questions about when items will ship, please email us at info@tolmee.com and we will contact the artist on your behalf.

CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?

You can check your order once USPS provides a tracking number. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. 

FOR OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

USPS/Canada Post is the only shipping method available for orders to Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout and added to the cost of the order. Orders shipped to Canada are also subject to customs duties and local taxes. The fees are explained below:

  • Customs Duties – A tax on the import of goods that is determined by the Canadian Government
  • Local Taxes – A tax on the import of goods by the local municipality or provincial government.

Customs duties and local taxes will be calculated by Canada Post and collected at final delivery. Sometimes our Canadian customers will have to pick up at their local post office.
